Struggling to land a well-paying job, Emily takes a risky opportunity working for scam artist Youcef Haddad (Theo Rossi), who specializes in creating fake credit cards and other illegal schemes.
Emily quickly proves herself, learning the ropes faster than Youcef anticipated. As she climbs further into the criminal operation, the underworld’s pull becomes inescapable. This is Emily’s new reality, and there’s no turning back. The real question is how far she’s willing to go to stay out of prison.

The 1962 version of The Manchurian Candidate is a classic of suspense, but the 2004 remake holds its own with standout performances from Denzel Washington, Liev Schreiber, and Meryl Streep. While it may not reach the legendary status of the original, this remake cleverly misleads viewers familiar with the story, creating a false sense of predictability that makes its twists and turns all the more engrossing.

Public Enemies (2009)
The 1930s come alive in Michael Mann’s Public Enemies, a crime thriller chronicling the life of infamous bank robber John Dillinger (Johnny Depp), once at the top of the FBI’s most wanted list. The film also features other notorious criminals from the era, including George “Baby Face” Nelson (Stephen Graham), but the story remains firmly centered on Dillinger.
Amid his life on the run, Dillinger captures the heart of Billie Frechette (Marion Cotillard) and the admiration of the public, who view him as a folk hero. Christian Bale stars as Melvin Purvis, the FBI agent relentlessly pursuing Dillinger and his gang. Though Purvis struggles to understand the public’s fascination with Dillinger, his unwavering sense of duty keeps him hot on the outlaw’s trail.
