A mother and her young daughter have been found dead at their home in a tragic event that has left the local people in deep grief.
The 40-year-old lady and her eight-year-old child were located at their house, with emergency services being called to the place. Despite their efforts, both were declared dead.
Parents have not been named by the police yet, and the circumstances surrounding the deaths are still being clarified. On the other hand, the police have assured that no additional suspects are required.
Friends and neighbors referred to the mother as a good-hearted and loving person and talked of the girl as a bright and happy child who cares for others.
A spokesperson from the police force said: ”This is a very sad situation, and we feel for the family of the victims. We are now carrying out a full investigation so that we can get to the bottom of this matter.”
Professionals have been called in to help students from the school of the departed girl to come through this situation, and also to be with teachers implementing various programs.
Community members have paid their respects to the family by leaving flowers and other tokens of affection near the house as a mark of their grief at the tragic loss.
