The report of the tragic murder-suicide case where a grandfather shot dead his 2-year-old granddaughter, wife, and their adult son before he took his own life has devastated the family beyond recovery.
A Family Tragedy Unfolds
As per the reports of the police, 71-year-old Leroy Sadler was the one who made a disaster of the innocent lives of his family with a gun, right in their house located in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The police got a call about 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, and after their arrival, they found the bodies of the victims: Sadler, aged 65, his wife Sharon, aged 38-year-old son Darren, and Kali, their 2-year-old granddaughter Kali were all murdered.
The police assume that Sadler first killed his two family members and afterward, he committed suicide. The reason for the mass murder is not clear yet, and they suspect that domestic problems might have been the cause. Amongst the possible causes that the police are exploring, one of the main points is the domestic aspect.
A “Sweet” Little Girl Lost
Can a small child who was smiling, full of joy, and loved lose their life in such a way? The unfortunate part is that the youngest member, Kal, passed away only a few days ago. According to family members and neighbors, everyone was very happy and surprised about the quick death of the child.
“She was s very sweet young girl,” mournfully stated a neighbor to local reporters. “She was regularly in a happy state of mind.”
Community in Mourning
Of a truth, what recently happened in the neighborhood is incredibly shocking. Neighbors have told authorities that they are absolutely loved the place as the neighbors were quiet and respectful of each other and have never expected anything like that from them.
At the same time, law enforcement did not share the details of the events that preceded, however, they certified that there was no case of police involvement before that shooting. No previous police involvements were confirmed.
