Biance Censori, who is known to be the wife of a popular rapper, Kanye West, goes on breaking the internet with her outfits that are barely-there– this time her picture was taken in front of the camera and she was wearing nothing but the fishnet stockings.
The 29-year-old former architectural designer is now getting strong remarks in terms of her bold fashion choices, and many are now demanding her arrest for committing an obscene act in public.
Censori was seen with West at a recent event in Italy, where she was donning a very sheer fishnet body made that exposed her body. The celebrity couple, who had a private wedding in 2022, have been continuously in the news due to their provocative public appearances.
This latest offensive of theirs, however, has sparked a major backlash, with the general sentiment being that it could be seen as a crime of indecency.
Several people aired their views on social media, and the opinions were mixed, as some defended her right to self-expression, while others criticized the act as being inappropriate. One of the comments that appeared to one netizen was that “This is not fashion, it is indecent exposure! Why is it even permitted?” and another added,
“She is not harming anyone, let her wear what she wants.” Both opinions are valid, in my view; however, each of them represents a perspective different from that of the other.
According to some lawyers, Censori’s clothing was not a crime under the public nudity laws of the place of appearance, but it potentially could have skirted the decency ordinance in some jurisdictions.
If the couple were in certain places in Italy, they would be threatened with fines or even arrested for obscenity because there are places with very strict dress codes. Over-sized revealings, for example, might lead to charges.
This is not the first time Censori’s wardrobe has been the center of attention. Earlier this year, the paparazzi managed to photograph her wearing several see-through and flesh-exposing outfits, which led to discussions about the lines between fashion and public decorum.
At the same time, Kanye West, who is famous for his provocative dress style, has been her strongest advocate, supporting every bold choice she has made.
Now that the uproar hasn’t subsided, the question that arises is whether those in charge would act tough on the matter or if Censori, with her bold statements, will just keep going over the top without being restricted.
